It was around 2006, after being introduced to early Hotflush/Boka releases through mixes by Yardcore resident, MashforCash, that Phaeleh started writing the first of what was to become many highly praised Dubstep tracks. Phaeleh's distinct sound fuses dark and heavy sounds of Dubstep with the melodies and soundscapes of Electronica, all sealed together with the subtle textures of acousmatic music.

A diverse range of influences results in an equally diverse musical output which can range from disturbing bass lines and heavy beats to the more soulful, restrained tracks, incorporating a variety of sound sources and vocal styles.

This wonderful sound has seen Phaeleh’s tracks supported by the scenes leading artists including Skream, N-Type, Scuba, Mary Anna Hobbs, Von D, Jakes, DJ Madd & Komonazmuk to name a very few, as well as national and international radio support on BBC Radio 1, BBC Asian Network, BBC 6 Music and Kiss FM helping Phaeleh to top the sales charts with releases on Surface Tension, Urban Scrumping, Against the Grain & Digital Sin as well as future releases on 'Skreams' Disfigured Dubz, 'N-Types' Wheel and Deal records, Formant Recordings, OpenEarz Recordings & Gaymonkey Records.

Not content with just creating some of the scenes freshest music, Phaeleh also runs Urban Scrumping Records, an outlet for not only himself but many other talented artists, again helping to share the music we love to hear.

A prolific and talented performer, having previously played in live bands and taking on live hardware performances, Phaeleh knows how to entertain the crowd. His must see performances have seen him as a regular on the Bristol circuit as well as touring around the UK and international destinations including France, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Lithuania leaving a big impact where ever he lands.
